We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was ideal, had marvellous location in the centre of town. Lots of food for breakfast, it was good. The room was amazingly comfortable & beautiful with toiletries and the shower plus AC.

The rooms were amazingly comfortable even with my earplugs. The staff were pretty friendly and amiable.

the workers were fairly friendly and affable. there were satellite tv, climate control and an individual safe in my a double room. the check-in was easy and the atmosphere was special overall.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

The hotel offered a very comfortable overall experience. The staff was nice and welcoming with good manners. The location was great, being close to the main bus station as well as Plaza Las Americas and in the center of town.

The value for my money at Hotel Carrillos was excellent. The room was clean, with warm water in the shower and daily cleaning service. The location was perfect, right in the heart of El Centro with easy access to the night market, restaurants, and shopping mall. The staff were helpful and even assisted me in getting a reliable taxi to the airport. I felt safe with the locked hotel gate after midnight and the attentive receptionist in the lobby.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, especially in terms of variety and taste.

The hotel's location was perfect, situated on avenida Tulum and just a short 2-minute walk from Ado station. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Cancun's zocalo allowed us to indulge in delicious street Mexican food.
